Not a promise. A formula.
Marketing guarantees usually live in the fine print. Ours is arithmetic you can run yourself — on this page, right now, including the scenarios where we'd owe you money.
Your campaign delivers its guaranteed views within 14 days — or the shortfall is refunded, proportionally and automatically.
NO CLAIM FORMS · NO ARGUING · THE SAME FORMULA SHOWN BEFORE YOU PAYDon't trust it. Test it.

How the views are counted.
Views are the public, platform-reported numbers on the creators' posts — the same figures anyone can open TikTok or Instagram and see. We sum them across your campaign's videos; we can't inflate what we don't control.
Your dashboard tracks the running total against the guarantee line throughout the 14 days — the same chart that ends up in your final report. No waiting for a verdict; you see it forming.
When the 14-day window closes, your dashboard offers one-tap amplification — buy extra guaranteed views on your best-performing videos, with the cost shown up front. Optional, and entirely on top of the views you're already guaranteed.
What keeps the guarantee alive — and what we ask of you.
✅ The guarantee holds even if…
- A video under-performs. Some will. The guarantee is on the campaign total, not on any single post.
- A creator drops out or deletes. We replace the creator and the window adjusts so you lose nothing.
- Engagement is quiet. Likes and comments are upside — the contract is views, and only views.
- You're busy. Once filming is approved, nothing further is required from you for the guarantee to stand.
🤝 What we ask of you
- Approve on time. The 14-day clock starts at launch — script and video approvals on your side within 48h keep everything moving.
- Be open as agreed. Creator visits happen at the times you confirmed; a closed door on filming day pauses the clock, it doesn't void anything.
- Keep the campaign honest. The products and prices you confirmed at checkout are what creators experience as customers.
⚠️DRAFT POLICY LANGUAGE — the mechanics above (replacement rules, clock adjustments, refund timing) are written as sensible defaults for this page. Confirm each against your final campaign terms with legal review before launch; the page links to the full terms below.
The guarantee isn't bravado. It's the system working.
Hooks built from what customers already say outperform generic briefs — the Business Context engine stacks the odds before filming starts.
Local creators reach local feeds. The audience most likely to watch — and walk in — is the one the campaign is built for.
Visit, product or promo is recommended from what historically performs for your business type — not from a hunch.
Most campaigns clear their number. Some don't — and that's precisely why the formula exists, published before you pay instead of negotiated after.
Asked by every skeptical owner. Good.
When does the refund actually arrive?
Automatically, after the 14-day window closes — sent to your original payment method via Stripe. No claim form, no email to write, no "contact support to initiate". The final report shows the exact figure and the receipt. (Processing timelines: confirm final SLA in your terms.)
What if the campaign beats the guarantee?
The upside is entirely yours — there's no extra charge for over-delivery, ever. The price is fixed at checkout; the guarantee is a floor, not a ceiling.
Can the view counts be gamed or botted?
The counts are the platforms' own public numbers, subject to their fraud filtering — we report them, we don't produce them. Our incentive runs the right way too: inflated counts would mean refunding less while delivering nothing, which destroys exactly the trust this whole page exists to build.
How does it work with multiple locations?
Each location gets its own guarantee. A three-location Growth campaign is three separate 60,000-view guarantees, each measured on its own creators' posts — one branch over-performing doesn't paper over another falling short.
Do I lose the videos if there's a refund?
No. The shortfall refund and the content licence are independent — your 12-month usage licence on every video stands whether the campaign beat its number or missed it.
Where's the catch?
The honest answer: the guarantee is also our quality filter. We don't accept campaigns we don't believe can clear the bar — it's why the content policy exists and why the Context engine researches before we quote. The "catch" is that we sometimes say no.
